Kelly Heaton is the first friendly face you’ll most likely see when visiting the Vibrant Insurance Group office. After 28 years of teaching high school Business classes in Sioux City, Kelly moved to Waukee and joined our team as Agency Administrator — and we couldn’t be happier! Kelly ensures everything and everyone in the company stays in line and organized…something she’s mastered over the years as a teacher. If she happens to be getting up off the floor when you visit, don’t worry. Kelly admits to a habit of falling down for no apparent reason. We don’t ask questions (other than “You o.k.?”), we’re just happy she’s living her best life with us…safely!
