Vibrant Insurance Group now offers services and teams in Quad Cities and Des Moines areas.
Waukee – Vibrant Insurance Group, Inc. announced a merger with Your Insurance Services, LLC. in Moline, Ill., effective July 1, 2023. Headquartered in Waukee, Iowa, Vibrant Insurance Group, Inc. now offers full-service personal and commercial insurance planning in both the Des Moines and Quad Cities areas.
“I wasn’t actively looking to merge with another agency,” said Vibrant Insurance Group, Inc. CEO Joey Hinke. “After multiple acquaintances suggested that I meet with Matt [McCombs, former Your Insurance Services, LLC CEO], I did, and a one-hour meeting turned into five. We had shared visions, values and beliefs that made combining our teams a very smart business decision.”
All seven employees remain in the Moline office and join the Vibrant Insurance Group, Inc. team for a total of 24 employees company wide. Additionally, services to all clients in Illinois and Iowa remain the same, and clients have been informed of the merger.
Originally founded in 1978, Vibrant Insurance Group, Inc. was known until March 2023 as Miller, Fidler & Hinke, Inc., when the company rebranded to its current name. The addition of the Quad Cities location is part of Hinke’s long-term vision for expanding Vibrant Insurance Group, Inc. services across multiple states.
